测量绞盘电机及控制箱冷态绝缘电阻应不小于1兆欧。
Measure the cold insulation resistance of motor and control box, which should be not less than 1 MW.

空载运转试验：
──起动绞盘使其在2个方向运转,每个方向运转5分钟，操作应能顺利, 无卡住，发热现象。
──试验后测量其热态绝缘电阻应不小于1兆欧。
Running test without load:
──Start the capstan and run in both directions. Five minutes in each direction. Operation should be smooth.
──Measure the thermal insulation resistance after test, which should be not less than 1MΩ.
