论文题目: 与浅静脉留置针在乳腺癌化疗患者中的临床对比学科(专业):护理学申请人: 侯梅指导老师: 王小琴摘要目的: 通过临床实践观察比较外周置入中心静脉导管( Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter , )与浅静脉留置针在乳腺癌化疗过程中的临床对比。方法: 将西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院肿瘤外科 100 例乳腺癌化疗患者(年龄为 24岁—56 岁,平均 37 岁)分为两组,实验组 50 例患者为接受 PIC C 置管,对照组 50 例患者为接受浅静脉留置针。分别观察与比较两组留置时间、置管堵塞、置管脱落、静脉炎、药物渗漏情况。结果: 通过临床观察对比及统计学分析,选取 P< 有统计学意义,PIC C 组的置管留置时间为30-180d 不等, 平均 天,而浅静脉置管组留置时间为 2-7 天,平均 天, 组明显留置时间明显长于浅静脉置管组。t= ,P <, 有统计学意义。 组患者中无患者发生药液渗漏,而浅静脉置管组患者中发生药液渗漏者 7人, 2x = ,P< ,有统计学意义; 组患者中发生静脉炎者 1 人,而浅静脉置管组患者中发生静脉炎者 8 人, 2x = ,P < ,有统计学意义; 组患者中发生置管堵塞及脱落者 2人,而浅静脉置管组患者中发生置管堵塞及脱落者 11 人, 2x = ,P< ,有显著的统计学意义; 组患者中发生并发症者共 2 人,而浅静脉置管组患者中发生并发症者共有 26人, 2x = ,P< ,亦有显著的统计学意义。结论: 置管穿刺方便,安全可靠,留置时间长, 并发症率(渗漏、静脉炎、堵塞)低, 患者痛苦小,值得临床推广。关键词:经外周置入中心静脉导管;浅静脉留置针;乳腺癌化疗;临床观察论文类型: 应用研究抬头 ABSTRACT Purpose : The present study was designed to plications between the Vein Permanent Needle and P eripherally Inserted Central Catheter() in chemotherapy for patients with breast cancer.
