Key words taurine cerebral reperfusion lesion superoxide 3 dismutase glutathione peroxidase 脑缺血再灌注损伤及药物的保护作用仍然是研究的热点,自由基和钙离子( Ca 2+ )在缺血性脑损伤中都占有重要地位。脑缺血经治疗后恢复血流供应, 发生缺血后再灌注,会产生大量自由基攻击细胞膜而造成细胞膜破裂,再次加重脑组织水肿和组织细胞坏死, 从而使临床症状加重并影响转归。牛磺酸( taurine , Tau )是广泛存在于人体内的一种β- 氨基酸,在神经、肌肉和腺体等可兴奋组织内含量都很高, 且有广泛的生理、药理学效应。有文献报道, Tau 对缺血心脏、肝脏及处于低氧状态的中枢神经系统均有保护作用[1~3]。本实验研究牛磺酸对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响, 通过测定缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织中抗氧自由基酶 SOD 、 GSH-Px 的活性和 MDA 的含量来研究 Tau 的脑保护作用及其作用机制。 1 材料与方法 材料 实验动物健康 Wistar 大鼠(武汉科技大学实验中心动物室提供) 35 只,雌雄不限,体重( 250 ± 50)g。 4 主要试剂及仪器牛磺酸( Taurine , Tau , 进口分装, 武汉中健
