　　加强理论学习，首先是从思想上重视。理论源于实践，又高于实践。在过去的一年中，本人坚持四项基本原则，拥护党的各项方针政策，自觉遵守各项法规，认真学理论，xx“三个代表”重要思想，自觉树立高尚的世界观、人生观，树立社会社会主义荣辱观，用先进的思想武装自己，使自己一步步地向着先进前行。 同时我还注重加强对外界时政的了解，通过观察学习，提高了自己的政治敏锐性和鉴别能力，坚定了立场，坚定了信念，在大是大非问题面前，能够始终保持清醒的头脑。
此外理论学习还要在行动上落实，注重其对实践的指导意义。在生活中，自觉地践行“八荣八耻”，时刻用其来约束自身行为；在工作中，我针对自己的本职工作，系统的进行专业知识的学习，还注重加强对路桥理论知识的了解和掌握，促成自身知识结构的完善和知识体系的健全，让自己尽早、尽快的熟悉工作情况，少走弯路。
