【摘要】目的: 通过对门急诊处方书写常见问题的分析,了解门、急诊抗生素等药品不合理使用情况,促进临床合理用药水平的提高。方法:抽取京州县人民医院2016年7-9月份的门急诊处方,进行专门的点评、统计和分析。结果:门急诊处方共抽取7171张,其中抗菌药物处方4541张,非抗菌药物处方2630张。%(%,%)。并对几个突出问题,不同的类型的处方各自存在的问题,进行举例分析。结论:门急诊处方合格率有待提高,抗菌药物等其他药物存在滥用,需要进一步加强《处方管理办法》、《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则(2015年) 的学习。

[Abstract] Objective: to analyze mon problems of prescriptions in outpatient and emergency departments, to understand the irrational use of antibiotics in the outpatient and emergency departments, and to improve the level of rational drug use in clinic. Methods: the prescriptions of outpatient and emergency department of Jinzhou People's Hospital from 2016 to were collected and analyzed. Results: a total of 7171 prescriptions were collected from the outpatient and emergency department. Among them, there were only about 4541 prescriptions of antibiotics, and there were no antibiotics prescriptions of 2630. The overall qualified rate of prescription was % (the qualified rate of antibiotic prescription was %, and the rate of non antibiotic prescription was %). And some outstanding problems, different types of prescriptions for each of the existing problems, for example analysis. Conclusion: the prescription rate of outpatient and emergency treatment needs to be improved, and the abuse of antibiotics and other drugs, the need to further strengthen the "prescription management approach", "the guiding principles of clinical application of antibacterial drugs (2015) study.
