【摘要】目的早期筛查老年抑郁症,探讨海珠区部分社区老年人抑郁症状的发生情况,探讨老年抑郁症与各种相关因素之间的关系,为早期干预老年抑郁症提供有力的科学依据。方法本课题采用流行病学的研究方法,采取分层随机整群抽样方法、应用老年抑郁量表(GDS)、家庭功能评估量表、自行设计问卷调查、对海珠区江南中街16个居委1 000名≥65岁的人群进行筛查,然后核对、录入、统计,并用Excel、SPSS软件,对资料进行一般描述性检验、卡方检验等进行统计处理。结果筛查的1 000例中,%,其中轻度抑郁83例(%),中度抑郁25例(%),重度抑郁4例(%)。不同年龄、是否丧偶、是否独居、不同赡养方式、是否有退休金、生活自理能力、不同家庭功能的老年人群抑郁症状的发生率有显著差异(p<)。75岁以上高龄、丧偶、独居、无子女赡养、无退休金、家庭功能中、重度障碍是老年人抑郁症的影响因素。结论海珠区部分社区老年人存在抑郁症状,应引起家庭、社区医生、全社会的重视,早期筛查,及时干预,从而改善老年人的生活能力和生活质量,维护其良好的社会功能。

【Abstract】Objective
Early screening for depression in the elderly to explore the depression symptom of Haizhu District munity elderly people, explore the relationship betethods of epidemiology, stratified random cluster sampling method, using the Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS), the family function assessment scale and self-designed questionnaire, screening for Haizhu District Jiangnan middle street 16 Ju ore than 75 years old, ily function, severe disorder are the influence factors of elderly depression. ConclusionIn Haizhu District, part of the munity elderly depressive symptoms, family, munity doctors, should arouse the attention of the ely manner. So prove the elderly ability and life quality of life, and maintain the good social function.
