思华龙引流管持续冲洗治疗直肠吻合口瘘

【摘要】目的探讨直肠癌前切除术后出现吻合口瘘的非手术治疗方法。方法对21例直肠癌前切除术后出现吻合口瘘患者使用思华龙引流管持续冲洗并负压吸引引流。结果 21例均痊愈出院,术后随访半年以上,均无吻合口狭窄、盆腔脓肿并发症。结论使用思华龙引流管持续冲洗并负压吸引引流是治疗直肠癌前切除术后吻合口瘘简单、安全、有效的好方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the non-surgical management of the anastomotic leakage after the low anterior resection of rectal cancer. Methods To Analyze 21 cases with anastomotic leakage which were treated through
continuous lavage and drainag by SiHuaLong. Results All the cases were recovered and there was plication such as anastomose fistula stricture,pelvic abscess. Conclusion Continuous lavage and drainag by SiHuaLong is a simple,safe and effective approach for treatment of the anastomotic leakage after the low anterior resection of rectal cancer.
