摘要
目的:探究基于自由基机理的2-苯基吲哚的合成方法,为初步合成2-苯基吲哚类化合物提供新的方法学参考,并为2-苯基吲哚类化合物的衍生化研究提供必要的中间体。
方法:基于前期文献调研及工作基础,采用叠氮苯乙烯和苯硼酸作为基本底物,醋酸锰作为氧化剂来探究方法可行性。

结果:通过对不同反应条件的筛选,如:溶剂体系、温度、添加剂、不同底物等,得到了一系列不同的化合物,最终通过TLC分析、柱层析分离、GS/MS、核磁等手段分离出了十个化合物,鉴定出了其中两个化合物,分别为对甲氧羰基苯酚(A)及二甲氧羰基联苯(B)。此外,通过分析实验结果,初步探究了课题设计中自由基策略合成2-苯基吲哚的可能性。

SYNTHESISI OF 2-PHENYLINDOLE
BASED ON FREE RADICAL STRATEGE
Abstract
Objective:Explore the synthesis of 2-phenylindole based on the free radical mechanism to provide a new method for the preliminary synthesis of 2-pounds,which will enrich the types of pounds.
Research methods:Based on the preliminary literature research and working basis, azidazolene and phenylboronic acid were used as the basic substrate, manganese acetate dihydrate as the oxidant to explore the feasibility of the method.
Proposed reaction process:

Result: A series of pounds were obtained by screening different reaction conditions, such as solvent system, temperature, additives, different substrates and so on. Finally, pounds were isolated by TLC analysis, column chromatography, GS/MS and HNMR. Two of which were identified as p-methoxyphenol and dimethoxycarbonylbiphenyl. In addition, the possibility of free radical strategy for the synthesis of 2-phenylindole was investigated by analyzing the experimental results which was our subject designed.
