摘要
随着我国连锁经营企业的迅速发展,物流配送越来越受到连锁零售企业的重视,它是连锁零售企业的重要基础,它的效率在相当程度上决定着流通的效率,因此物流配送也就自然成为连锁经营企业核心竞争力的一个重要组成部分。在介绍了苏果超市有限公司的基本情况、公司的组织架构和公司所经营的业务的基础上,对马群配送中心业务流程进行了合理性的分析。根据本人在群配送中心的实习经历,重点通过研究出货中存在的问题,如订单处理不及时,拣货中问题较多,出货效率不高,等货时间长,浪费时间,单据不全,网络系统不健全等。探究优劣并寻求解决方案,给出自己的意见和建议,从而使配送流程得以优化,提高运作效率。

Abstract
Along with the rapid development of chain operation, logistics and distribution chain retail enterprises more and more attention, it is an important basis for chain retail enterprises, and its efficiency to a considerable extent, determines the efficiency of distribution, logistics and distribution would, of course, therefore a chain of petitiveness of enterprises is an important part. Following the introduction of Suguo Supermarket Co., the basic situation of pany'anizational structure and pany's business based on the distribution center business processes of the horses were rational to my group of distribution centers in the internship, focusing on shipments by studying the problems, if not timely order processing, picking in many problems, inefficient delivery, and other goods a long time and a waste of time, documentation was plete, network system is not perfect and so on. Explore the strengths and weaknesses and to seek solutions to give their views and suggestions, so that to optimize distribution processes and improve operational efficiency。
