肾康注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床疗效观察

【摘要】目的观察肾康注射液对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾功的改善情况。方法选择我院慢性肾衰竭患者60例,随机分成两组,治疗组(n=30)用肾康注射液80ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中,静滴1次/日,连续4周;对照组(n=30)不予上述治疗。记录两组治疗前后血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(Bun)、r)的变化情况。结果治疗组Scr及Bun较治疗前下降,而Ccr较治疗前升高。结论肾康注射液对慢性肾衰具有明显疗效。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the Shenkang injection to improve renal function in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 60 cases in our hospital in patients with chronic renal failure, randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (n = 30) join with Shenkang injection 80ml 5% glucose injection 250ml, intravenous infusion of 1 times / day for 4 weeks;The control group (n = 30) are not the treatment. Changes recorded before and after treatment, serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (Bun), endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr).Results Scr and Bun treatment pared with before treatment, and r than before treatment. Conclusion: Shenkang injection has a significant effect on chronic renal failure.
