简述了重庆制鞋产业概况, 通过分析璧山制鞋产业优劣势, 总结归纳出璧山制鞋产业发展策略。通过政府带动整体发展、联姻名牌抱团发展、名牌与非名牌协同发展和拓宽网络销售渠道线上发展等四个发展策略, 为璧山制鞋产业指出了发展路径, 为打响“西部鞋都”战略指明了方向。

Abstract:
This paper introduced the general situation of Chongqing shoe industry, and summed up the development strategy of Bishan shoe industry by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Bishan shoe industry. To find out a way for Bishan shoe industry and point out the direction for the “western shoe capital”strategy by the four development strategies of the government to boost the overall development, marriage brand driven development, coordinated development of brand and non brand and broaden work of sales channels online development.

重庆制鞋业历史悠久, 文化底蕴深厚, 现代制鞋技术起步较毗邻的四川省要早且底子也略好。本世纪初, 在我国政府政策倾斜下以及当地政府扶持下, 重庆“西部鞋都”和成都“女鞋之都”产业园区先后建立起来, 但随着近几年的发展, “成都女鞋”的区域品牌标签已经逐渐形成, 而重庆制鞋业却一直止步停滞不前, 政府、企业似乎都处于茫然之中不知何去何从, 璧山鞋业该如何认清现状、找准定位、合理规划成了当务之急。
