【摘要】 目的探讨川芎药材的鉴别方法,完善川芎药材的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱法鉴别川芎药材;以高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸的含量。选用agilent eclipse xdb-c18柱( mm×150 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(21∶79), ml/min,检测波长为320 nm。结果薄层色谱中斑点清晰,易于识别。高效液相色谱法精密度、重现性良好; 5~ 5 μg范围内有较好的线性关系,%(rsd=%)。结论本法可有效控制川芎药材的质量。【关键词】 川芎;薄层色谱法;高效液相色谱法;质量标准 abstract:objective to improve the quality standard for chuanxiong by studing the method of discriminating chuanxiong. methods chuanxiong was identified by tlc. the content of ferulic acid in chuanxiong was determine by hplc. the agilent eclipse xdb-c18 ( mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used, mobile phase was methanol-1% acetic acid solution (21∶79), flow rate was ml/min, detection wavelength was 320 nm. results the tlc spots developed were fairly and simply identical. hplc was accurate and reproducible. ferulic acid showed a good liner relationship at range of 5~ 5 μg, the average recovery was % (rsd=%). conclusion these methods can be used to control the quality of chuanxiong effectively.

川芎为常用中药,用于治疗月经不调、经闭痛经、胸胁刺痛、风湿痹痛等。《中华人民共和国药典》先后采用性状、显微、薄层色谱鉴别来控制川芎药材的质量。为了使川芎药材质量控制标准更科学、严谨和更适应现代检验技术,笔者对原标准试作了一些相应改进,完善川芎药材的薄层色谱鉴别方法,同时采用高效液相色谱法测定川芎中阿魏酸的含量,方法简便、准确、重现性好,从而完善和提高了川芎药材的质量标准。 1 仪器与试药 仪器 agilent1100系列高效液相色谱仪,cqx25-06超声波清洗器(上海必能信超声有限公司)。 试药
