摘要
硬币分拣装置是一种自动分拣各类币种硬币的装置,该装置利用三种直径的分拣孔进
行分拣,该装置主要包含动力驱动单元,硬币分离单元,硬币处理单元,硬币输送单元和
硬币计数单元。在所述硬币输送单元端分别对应着各种的硬币储币单元。
该硬币分拣装置是一种智能化金融装备,集硬币币种分拣、排放、计数等功能于一体,
该装置每分钟能处理 150 枚硬币,是人工处理能力的 50 倍,能有效、便捷地解决当前银
行、公交汽车公司、商场等部门清点硬币花费大量人工时间及成本的难题。适用于大量硬
币需要分拣计数的场合,该装置性能价格比高,满足经济性要求。

Abstract
The Coin Sorting Device is a kind of automatic sorting all kinds of coin of the device .The
principle of the device is using three diameter sorting hole for sorting coins ,which is consisted
of the driving unit , vibrating screen unit ,coins separation unit, the coins processing unit ,the
coins conveying unit and the coins counting unit .
This device is an intelligent financial equipment ,which sets coin currency sorting, emission,
counting functions in one body 。This device can sort 150 coins every minute, which efficiency
is 50 times of human’s work. So it can solve the artificial problems of spending a lot of time and
the cost to count coins in the current bank, the bus pany and the shopping malls
department effectively , conveniently. The device can be used for large numbers of coins which
are need of sorting packaging occasion . This device is cheap but also useful, it meets the
economy requirements .
