水力循环澄清池的设计
摘要
水力循环澄清池是一种具有集混合、絮凝、。当带有一定压力的原水(投加混凝剂后)以高速通过水射器喷嘴时,在水射器喉管周围形成负压,从而将数倍于原水的回流泥渣吸入喉管,并与之充分混合。由于回流泥渣和原水的充分接触、反应,大大加强颗粒间的吸附作用,加速了絮凝,以获得较好的澄清。
水力循环澄清池是无机械搅拌的净水处理构筑物。因其造价低、占地面积小、、构造较简单等优点,自上个世纪60年代引入我国,在国内水处理工程中已得到较为广泛的应用,特别是在中小型水厂,它较适合于含泥砂类悬浮物的江河、湖泊水的净化,也适合处理陶瓷等行业废水及煤矿矿井水等。
本论文将为一个中等城市的8万人规模生活给水处理厂设计一个相匹配的水力循环澄清池。
本文还根据水力循环澄清池的作用原理及应用现状,针对水力循环澄清池存在的能耗大、反应时间过短、运行效率低且不稳定、泥渣回流难以控制、出力小等缺点,探讨了如何对其进行技术改造。

Design of Hydraulic circulating clarifier
Abstract
Hydraulic circulating clarifier is a kind clarifier of setting mixing, ulation, sedimentation in is by use of hydraulic ejector to achieve mixing and the sludge the raw water(added coagulant)with pressure is through the nozzle of water injector at high speed, the surrounding of the water pipe will obtain negative pressure so that the sludge is inhaled the pipe to mix well with the raw water. Because of the full contact and reaction of sludge and raw water, the adsorption of particles is greatly of this,is in order to obtain better clarification.
Because of its low cost, small footprint, not fitted with mechanical mixing equipment and convenient operation and management, hydraulic circulating clarifier has been more widely used in China.
This paper will design a hydraulic circulating clarifier match with a water treatment plant of 8 million people for a medium-sized city .
This paper expounds the working principles of hydraulic circulating clarifier and the present situation of its application, and in the light of its existing disadvantages such as high energy consumption, over-short reaction time, low and unstable running efficiency, difficult control of sludge reflux, and little output, etc.
