摘要�目的制备醋酸氯己定栓剂并建立其质量控制方法。方法以甘油和明胶为辅料,醋酸氯己定

为主要成分制备栓剂采用紫外分光光度法测定醋酸氯己定的含量。结果醋酸氯己定在 2 ~ 10 μg /mL 浓度范
围内线性关系良好� r = 0. 999 6�,平均回收率为 99. 6% ,RSD = 0. 85% � n = 9�。结论酸氯己定栓剂制备工艺可
行,含量测定方法简便、准确可靠。
