护理专业英语教学改革探讨

摘要:经济全球化推动了医疗市场发展,护理人才流动呈现显得尤为重要。文本分析了当前国内外对国际化护理人才的需求状况,结合我国护理专业学生英语综合能力现状,探讨了如何进行护理专业的英语教学改革,以实现与国际接轨,培养具有较强适应国际、国内竞争力的社会需要的护理人才。

Exploration of English teaching reforms in nursing

Abstract: With the development of medical treatment marketplace driven by economic globalization, the flow of nursing talents displays international trend. It is very important on how to improve the students’ English level in nursing major. This paper analyzes current requirement of international nursing talents. With prehensive abilities that the students have, it probes the problems of how to carry out the reforms in English teaching. The goal is to keep up with the international logos and cultivate the nursing talents in need who can adapt themselves to petitive situation home and abroad.

21世纪是世界经济走向一体化的时代,特别是中国加入WTO,标志着我国改革开放进入到一个崭新的阶段。我国的医护事业也迅速与国际接轨。世界性护理人力资源的缺乏,给我国护理人员创造了进入国际市场就业的机会。为此,我院对护理专业的课程设置、教学方法、教学手段等方面进行了改革,探索国际化护理人才培养模式,以满足国际护理市场需求。
1 培养国际化护理人才的必要性
国内医疗市场迫切需要国际化护理人才
我国已加入WTO,国内医护系统面临着体制方面的重大改革。外资医院将大量进入中国医疗市场,这些医院急需国际化护理人才。而我均护士(师)数偏低,护理教育层次偏低[1]。随着我国医疗卫生事业的快速发展,对具有丰富实践经验的国际化护理人才的需求在不断增加。
