【】青霉素作为一种常用的抗生素使用范围较广,在很多疾病的治疗中
都有显著的应用效果。但是青霉素使用的最大弊端就是过敏,因此,在使用之前对患者进行皮试非常重要。皮试反应决定了青霉素是否适用,但是在观察皮试反应的时候经常出现假阳性情况。所以,探究青霉素皮试假阳性的影响因素,对皮试结果的科学判断,对青霉素的合理使用異有重要的意义。木文从青霉素制剂因素、患者自身因素、皮试液配置因素和护士皮试操作因素出发,对青霉素皮试假阳性的影响因素进行了探究。

【Abstract] As a kind monly used antibiotics penicillin with wider range of use, in the treatment of many diseases has a significant application effect. Penicillin
using one of the biggest drawback is allergic, therefore, is very important for patients
with skin test before use. Determines the penicillin skin test reaction is applicable,
but at the time of skin test reaction often produce false positive results. Therefore, to
explore the influence factors of false positive penicillin skin test, scientific judgment
of the skin test results, the reasonable use of penicillin has the vital significance.
From penicillin preparation factors, the patient's own factors, skin test solution
configuration and nurse skin test operation factors, the influence factors of false
positives to penicillin skin test.
青霉素具有价廉、高效、适用广的特点,在基层医院青霉素广泛应用于临床上的一类抗生素。基于青霉素制剂的特性,在实际应用中,由于操作技术的原因及患者个体差异等各种因素,导致青霉素皮试假阳性从而使患者失去此类药物治疗的机会。
青霉素制剂的因素
0前青霉素类抗生素,品种各异、生产厂家、批号不同,其皮试结果往往不同。故一种青霉素皮试阳性者,无青霉素过敏史者,条件允许可更换批号,重新试验。
