杏(花生)仁脱皮机的设计
摘要:杏仁脱皮机主要就是将经过浸泡的杏仁进行食品和饮料生产前期的脱皮处理。将经过热水浸泡的杏仁倒入脱皮机料斗中,经脱皮胶圈摩擦脱皮,经过分离装置将皮米自动分离后排出。本设计的脱皮机就是利用直线运动摩擦脱皮法,对杏仁和花生仁等类似果仁的脱皮。其特点:小型机械,结构简单;易制造、易操作,成本低;对生产条件要求不高。
通过对脱皮部分与电机的选型配套,滚动轴承的选择及校核计算,卷筒从动轴的设计计算,滚子链的传动设计计算,传动装置的运动参数及动力参数的计算,减速器的选用,结构设计与布置,及其强度校核以及密封装置的选择,使脱皮机具有运转平稳、成本低、维修方便。该机将广泛用于杏仁原料的初加工或者用于食品、杏仁罐头、杏仁鲜菜、饮料制品和杏仁露的加工。
