摘要

在知识经济时代,作为信息、技术、知识的重要载体的企业人力资源,是推动企业
经济增长的关键因素之一。由此带来一个不容忽视的重要问题,即人力资源与其所从事
的岗位是否相适应,是否得到了最大限度的使用,是目前公司所关注的重点问题之一。
本文针对泰山玻璃纤维邹城有限公司人力资源使用情况,采用现场调查分析、理论
分析等手段,找出了公司在人力资源作用中的问题,在从公司内部与外部环境对影响人
力资源作用效率因素进行了分析,在此基础上,组织效率、员工素质、核心人力水平三
个方面建立评价公司人力资源使用效率的指标体系,设置了评价标准,建立了分层模糊
综合评价方法,利用该评价模型与方法对公司人力资源使用效率进行评价,根据评价结
果,分别提出了人力资源结构调整策略、人力资源使用效率策略,进一步从管理体系、
技术体系与协调系统三方面建立了提高公司人力资源使用效率的可视化保障体系。

ABSTRACT
In the era of knowledge economy, information, technology, knowledge, to
promote economic growth is the key enterprises in the fierce petition
in an invincible position. The resulting problems can not be ignored, human
