男性职业汽车司机代谢综合征及其组分患病率的调查分析

【摘要】目的调查男性职业汽车司机代谢综合征(MS)及其各组分的患病率。方法对2009年3月至2010年3月于我院体检中心进行健康体检且年龄为20~60岁的男性职业汽车司机(318名)和普通男性(1925名)的体检资料进行统计分析。MS诊断采用中华医学会糖尿病学分会(CDS,2004)建议的诊断标准。结果①司机组总体的MS患病率显著高于对照组(% vs %,P<);在21岁~年龄段,两组间的MS患病率无明显统计学差异;在31岁~、41岁~和51~60岁,司机组的MS患病率均显著高于对照组。②司机组中无任一项MS组分阳性的比例显著低于对照组(% vs %,P<),同时存在2、3和4项阳性的比例则均显著高于对照组(% vs %,% vs %,% vs %,P<)。③司机组总体的超重/肥胖和高血压患病率均显著高于对照组(% vs %,% %,P<);在21岁~,两组间的超重/肥胖和高血压患病率无明显统计学差异;在31岁~、41岁~和51~60岁,司机组的超重/肥胖和高血压患病率均显著高于对照组。两组间总体及各年龄段的高血糖和血脂异常患病率均无明显的统计学差异。结论男性职业汽车司机超重/肥胖、高血压、代谢综合征的患病率高,对此职业人群进行干预十分重要。

【Abstract】 0bjective To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome(MS)and ponents among male professional drivers. Methods Datum derived from medical examinations of 318 male professional drivers and 1,925 male nor-professional drivers, 21~60 years of age, from Mar 2009 to Mar 2010 in our medical center were reviewed.
