Intellectual's policy is the ponent of the policy of the party, concern China's
revolution and an important issue of building ess or failure of socialist cause too. The
Communist Party of China explores through the hardships for many years, formed intellectual's
theory and policy with characteristic of Chinese progressively. Resisting against Japan in
wartime, the intellectual of the party policy seems riper and more perfect, it is a result that the
Communist Party of China used the basic principle of Marxism-Leninism and China's concrete
revolutionary reality bine together, it is that it is summarized in the historical experience
and lesson of two positive and negative respects of the policy that munist Party of China
is summarizing and accumulating the intellectual of the party constantly in practice of
revolutionary struggle of the long-term. Practice of the war of resistance is proved, the
intellectual of the party policy is under the historical condition at that time, as to the thing that
we save the nationality at stake, condense national strength , strengthen the party , regime , army
and base area construction, capture the pletely of Anti-Japanese War , has given
