紫外分光光度法测定荔枝核抗乙肝成分的含量

摘要:目的研究荔枝核抗乙肝成分黄酮类化合物的测定方法。方法紫外分光光度法在510 nm处测定。结果建立了回归方程C(μg/ml) = 61 + 26 A, 相关系数r = 8,%(RSD=%)。%。结论该方法简便,准确,可用于测定荔枝核抗乙肝成分黄酮类化合物的含量。

Determination of the Content of Antihepatitis B Consituents in Litchi Seed by Spectrophotometric Method
Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a method for the determination of the content of antihepatitis B constituents flavonoids in Litchi content of anti-hapatitis B consituents flavnoids in Litchi Seed was determined by spectrophtometric method at 510nm. ResultsThe regression equation C(μg/ml) = + A and R = of the relationship between concentration and absorbance were established. The average recovery was % and RSD was %. The content of antihepatitis B consituents flavonoids in Litchi Seed was %. ConclusionThe method is easy and accurate, and can be used for determination of the content of antihepatitis B consituents flavnoids in Litchi Seed.

荔枝核是无患子科植物荔枝的干燥成熟种子,主要分布在福建、台湾、广西、广东等省。我载荔枝核性温,归肝、肾经, 能祛寒止痛。现代临床实验研究显示荔枝核能够降低血糖、调节血脂和提高抗氧化能力、抑制乙肝病毒的作用[1,2]。徐庆等[3]发现荔枝核中黄酮类化合物具有很好的抑制乙肝病毒表面抗原HBsAg的功效。目前除了少量荔枝核被药用外,大量荔枝核都被遗弃浪费。为了充分利用该资源、变废为宝、研究如何开发荔枝核抗乙肝成分黄酮类化合物很有意义和价值。天然药用植物中黄
