日本旅居者在上海的跨文化适应研究论文摘要跨文化适应一直以来都是跨文化研究领域的热门,在国外跨文化研究已有很长的历史,且涉及的应用范围也很广。但在中国,跨文化适应的研究则刚刚起步。随着中国的改革开放不断的深入,上海的经济蓬勃发展,上海已越来越多地吸引外国人的眼光,纷纷来中国留学、工作。自然而然的,这群特殊群体在中国的适应情况已成为了越来越多的人的关注热点。在本研究中,采用Ward对跨文化适应的定义,通过访谈和研究量表针对在上海的日本旅居者(留学生和外派者)的跨文化适应水平及其影响因素进行研究。研究结果表明,日本旅居者在上海的跨文化适应水平受到诸多因素的影响,包括人格、跨文化沟通能力、社会支持、出国前的预期、跨文化培训等。这些因素有的对旅居者的心理适应造成影响,有的对旅居者的社会文化适应造成影响,而有的则对心理适应和社会文化适应同时造成影响。另外,本研究还增加了对跨文化适应结果变量的研究,发现旅居者的跨文化适应能够影响其在东道国的工作效率以及早回国意向。这些无论对旅居者本人还是派遣外派者的公司而言都具有现实意义。关键词:跨文化适应,多元文化人格,社会支持,跨文化沟通1ABSTRACTCross-culturestudieshasalonghistoryinWesterncountries,,cross--culturestudieshasjustbeguninChina,withthecontinuousdeepeningofreform,openingupandboomingeconomy,,thesespecialgroups’emoreandmoreimportantandareconcernedbymorepeopleInourstudy,weinvestigatetheinfluencefactoresofcross-culturaladaptationofJapanesesojournersinShanghai,bymeansofinterviewandself-reportquestionnaires,usingthedefinitionofcross-:1Thecross-culturaladaptationofJapanesesojournersisinfluencedbymanyfactors,suchaspersonality,hostcountrylanguageability,socialsupport,andpredeparture;2Thesefactorsdon’trelatetobothtwodimensionsofcross-culturaladaptation,someareonlyrelatedtoeitherpsychologicaladaptationorsocioculturaladaptation,somearerelatedtobothInaddition,thisstudyalsoincludesomeinvestigationoftheresultsofcross-culturaladaptation,’cross-culturaladaptationcaninfluencesojourners’performanceinthehostcountryaswellaswhethertogobackearlierKEYWORD:cross-culturaladaptation,multi-culturalpersonality,socialsupport,cross-munication2目录第一章研究意义................25第四章问卷研究2
