合作原那么的哲学轨道
——对Grice合作原那么的重新思考

摘要：国内外的学者对Grice的合作原那么提出了挑战，本文认为一些观点偏离了哲学家原本的哲学目的。Grice的合作原那么是在哲学轨道上建构的，它是高度概括的原那么，是人们交际时需要遵守的一般性的原那么，是个理性原那么。用合作原那么解释具体的话语可能会遇到一些解释不清的情况，因此本文提出了指导人们交往的三个层级〔原那么〕：合作原那么、社会设定和文化设定。在合作原那么的指导下，人们对具体话语的解释可以在社会设定和文化设定两个层面进展，这样更有说服力。

The Philosophical Track of Cooperative Principle
——Rethinking of Grice’s Cooperative Principle

Abstract: Scholars from both home and abroad have issued the challenges against Grice’s Cooperative principle. However, this paper argues that some viewpoints got some deviations from the original philosophical purpose by philosophers. Grice’s CP is constructed on the philosophical track and it is a highly generalized principle. It is the general principle that people have to observe during communication and it is a principle of rationality. If we use CP to interpret some natual utterances, it may not work well. Therefore, this paper puts forward the three categories/levels to interpret the natural utterances. They are: CP (the principle of rationality), social assumption and cultural assumption. Guided by CP, the interpretation of natural utterances can be operated at the levels of SA and CA, which will be more convincing.
