高校信息素养评价标准是信息素养研究领域中的关键问题，是培养高校学生
信息素养的重要组成部分。开展高校学生信息素养评价指标体系研究对于信息化
社会培养大学生综合素质能力具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。文章在界定信息
素养的相关概念及内涵的基础上，结合对国内外信息素养评价标准的对比分析，
构建了包含五项一级指标、十五项二级指标以及三十项三级指标的高校学生信息
素养评价指标体系。采用层次分析法确定高校学生信息素养评价指标权重，并建
立了高校学生信息素养模糊综合评价模型。试图运用模糊综合评价方法对高校学
生信息素养评价指标体系的有效性进行实证分析。

Abstract
Information literacy evaluation standard of universities is the key issues in the
field of Information Literacy and is an important part of cultivating university students’
information literacy. Research on evaluation index system of university students’
information literacy has major theoretical and practical significance to cultivating
university students' comprehensive quality and ability. The article constructs the
evaluation index system that contains five level indicators, fifteen secondary indicators
and thirty indicators based on the definition of information literacy’s concept and
content, combining with comparative analysis of domestic and foreign information
literacy evaluation standards. Determine the weight of evaluation index system of
university students’ information literacy by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP)
method, and establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of university
students’ information literacy. Attempt to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation
method to empirical analysis the validity of the evaluation index system of university
students’ information literacy.
