新闻专业主义是西方新闻学的基本理论之一，它所主张的客观、独立、自由、社会
责任等一直是新闻从业者所推崇的职业理想。自从新闻专业主义理念传入中国，结合我
国国情又赋予了它新的内涵，但其基本理念至今从未改变。在传统媒体统治时期，新闻
专业主义规范着从业者们的行为，发挥了巨大的作用，从新闻专业主义角度甚至可以梳
理出我国新闻业发展的脉络。但是不可否认的，传统媒体在新闻专业主义实践中也存在
了一些矛盾与冲突，有些甚至从未解决过。随着新媒体时代的到来，以往的一对多大众
化的传播方式发生了根本性的变革，新媒体的开放性、个性化等特征给新闻专业主义又
带来了新的冲击和更大的挑战。如“公民记者”对新闻专业化的考验，网络舆论对新闻
客观性的冲击，新媒体环境下对自由度的控制以及对隐私权的保护问题等等，新闻专业
主义在新媒体时代面临着新的解读。那么怎样在新媒体环境下冲破重重阻碍坚守新闻专
业主义，新形势下如何重构新闻专业主义，成为学界和业界探讨的重要话题，也是本文
研究的重点所在。

Abstract
Journalistic professionalism is one of the basic theories of Western journalism. Its
claims, including news objectivity, independence, freedom of the press, social responsibility,
et al, have always been news practitioners’ respected career aspirations. Since the the
journalistic professionalism was introduced to China, its basic concept has never changed,
although new dimensions have been given when combined with China's national conditions.
Journalistic professionalism played a huge role in standardizing the behavior of practitioners
in the reign of the traditional media. The venation of journalism development in China could
be teased out from the journalistic professionalism angles. However, it is undeniable that
there are some contradictions and conflicts in practicing journalistic professional for
traditional media, with some even never solved. As the coming of the new media age, the
