硕士论文正丁基氯的合成工艺研究摘要正丁基氯是一种重要的精细化工原料,市场需求量大,应用广泛,特别是用于合成正丁基锂的正丁基氯纯度要求高,因此急需开发高纯度的正丁基氯来满足市场的要求。目前,正丁基氯的的工业生产主要有SOCI:氯化法,PCI。氯化法,HCl气体氯化法,Nacl氯化法和浓盐酸氯化法,其产品纯度最高也只有90%左右。本文采用化学反应与精馏分离耦合技术,以氯化氢气体作为氯代剂,和正丁醇在路易斯酸催化下于 105℃进行置换卤化反应得到高纯度的正丁基氯。在氯化氢气体浓度基本不变的情况下,采用气相色谱法,测定不同时间反应液的组成,由图解法可知该反应速率与正丁醇浓度里一级反应的力学关系。通过对正丁基氯合成工艺的研究,初步建立了该反应的实验规模反应精馏装置,进而对一年产900t的精馏塔、装置和有关参数进行了初步设计,为正丁基氯反应性精馏工艺的实际应用打下基础。采用反应精馏技术合成正丁基氯,不但产品收率高、%,而且可满足清洁生产的工艺要求, 因而具有较大的竞争优势。关键词:正丁基氯;正丁醇;氯化氢气体;反应精馏;填料塔;清洁生岔 2 硕士论文正丁基氯的合成工艺研究 Abstract N-Butyl chloride is animportant freechemical rawmaterial withwide uses mercial oftheimportant andurgent uses is tosynthesize nobutyllithium, inwhich n-butyl chloride withhighpurity present,there are mainly five approaches ton-butylchloride,including chlorinationbySOCl2,PCI3,HCI gas,NaCl or concentra'呛dhydrochloric acid,but thehigI墟:stputty isabont 90%.In OUl"method, n-butyl chloridcwithhi班purity was prepared by chemical reaction and rectification separation coupling technology fromthereplacement halogenation reaction ofn-butyl alcoholwithhydrogen chloride gas under105oCandcatalysis (gas chromatography)was employed todetermine position of reaction liquid with various reagtiontimestostudy ics when theconcentration ofhydrogen chloridegas was supposed t0hold constant,which reveals that thereactiou ratehas first-orderrelationshipwith theconcentration ofn-butyl reaction rectification deviceswith laboratorial scalewere ,the design for a900t/a recfilying tower andcorresponding parametersWel'***@plished primarily which pave theway fortheindustrialapplication of this new ,the chemical reaction andrectificationseparation coaplingtechnology咖prepare n-butyl chloridewithhigh yieldand purity %with cleanprocess and 50 would have petitive advantage.
