2013年药政科工作总结
一、巩固完善实施国家基本药物制度
基本药物使用监测
药政科每月对全县19家基层医疗卫生机构基本药物制度运行监测的门诊人次、住院人次、门诊药品收入、住院药品收入以及职工工资等各项指标进行分析，查找问题，分析解决，每季度开展基本药物监测评析会。2013年1-10月份基本药物配送金额XX万元，配送到位率XX%；药款支付率XX%。
（二）规范采购、良性运转
为更好地规范基本药物目录使用、网上采购、入库、发放和药款结算，切实加强基药采购配送管理，我们制定了严格的药品采购配送管理办法：
一是实行药品采购计划审核审批制。乡、村医疗卫生机构在进行基药网上采购时，要按照临床必须和实际需要，合理编制基本药物采购计划，经院长审批后，上传至省基本药物集中采购平台，经县卫生局基药办审核通过后，统一提交采购订单。
二是严格执行网上集中采购。基层医疗卫生机构在进行药品网上采购时，必须通过省医药集中采购平台采购中标目录药品。采购周期每周一次。
三是切实做好配送药品的审核、验收、入库和发放工作。乡镇卫生院建立药品采购配送中心。配送企业在配送药品时，必须携带药品清单和票据到药品采购配送中心验收入库。乡镇卫生院药品采购配送中心收到村卫生室申报采购的药品后，要立即通知村卫生室领取，发放时填写《卫生院药品出库单》。
