温暖学困生的心

温暖学困生的心
学困生是指智力身体正常，但学习习惯不好，或由于方法不当或因为社会、家庭环境的影响，以至于在规定期限内未能达到国家教学目标的基本要求的学生。
那么如何对学困生进行转化呢？
　　首先，我们必须找到问题的根源——学困生是如何产生的，基本可以将其归纳为以下几个原因：
　　一、家庭原因
　　父母是孩子的启蒙老师，他们的思想言行将直接影响着孩子。但有的家长教育方式不科学，他们对子女在学校学习寄以厚望，对孩子的要求有点过高，超过学生的承受能力，一旦学生达不到家长的目标，家长就对其言语的讽刺，当孩子犯错误时不是打就是骂，关心的程度自然下降，让学生感受不到爱的温暖，失去了进取的信心。有的家长忙于生计，对孩子缺乏监管，孩子在学校表现怎样，放学后做了什么，很多家长根本毫不关心。这样一来，孩子很容易染上不良的行为习惯，产生厌学情绪。这个在我们农村就普遍地存在。
可以说，家庭是产生学困生的一个主要的因素，学校中那些“家族式”的学困生便是最好的证明。
二、学校原因
　　1．很多教师对学生的缺点、错误缺乏科学分析。当学生在学习上遭受挫折后，他们需要的是关怀和帮助，如果教师缺乏应有的耐心、爱心，对其进行挖苦、责骂，必然使学生对学习失去信心，从而产生厌学情绪，学习必然落后。还有老师戴
