三、孕产妇健康管理的要求：
基层卫生服务机构为孕产妇服务的各项工作都应按照国家有关《孕产妇保健工作规范》及《社区孕产妇健康管理适宜技术规范》的要求进行，掌握辖区内孕产妇基本情况，及时发现有问题的孕产妇及时落实转诊。由妇保医生负责孕产妇的健康评估工作，填写有关记录，做好保健指导，2周内落实转院及转诊后的随访等；将每次随访服务的信息及检查结果准确、完整地记录在《孕产妇保健的登记本》、《高危孕妇登记本》、《孕产妇保健手册》和《产前、产后随访记录表》上，并定期做好信息统计和上报工作。
第二节、孕产妇健康管理服务内容
一、孕期、产褥期检查的时间、次数和服务地点：

孕12周以前-建卡，第一次产前保健服务
孕16-20周 -第二次产前保健服务
孕21-24周 -第三次产前保健服务
孕28-36周 -第四次产前保健服务
孕37-40周-第五次产前保健服务

产褥期 -产妇出院后7天内入户访视
