一次性包皮环切缝合器与包皮环环切术的临床疗效比较.doc一次性包皮环切缝合器与包皮环环切术的临床疗效比较【摘要】目的: 对一次性包皮环切缝合器与包皮环环切术的疗效进行分析。方法: 选择笔者所在医院门诊 2014 年1月-2015 年3 月预约包皮过长、包茎患者 162 例,依据患者自愿原则进行分组治疗,其中 80 例包皮过长和包茎患者行包皮环( 商环) 包皮环切术( 包皮环组), 另外 82例行包皮环切缝合术(缝合器组) ,对手术时间、出血量、伤口愈合时间、术后疼痛、术后并发症及术后外观满意度等进行对比分析。结果: 缝合器组与包皮环组手术时间、术中出血量方面比较,差异均无统计学意义( P> ) ,但缝合器组术后疼痛、感染、水肿、伤口愈合时间均显著低于包皮环组( P< ) ,外观满意度明显高于包皮环组( P< ) 。结论: 一次性包皮环切缝合术操作简单、安全, 患者痛苦小, 并发症少, 患者术后满意度高,值得临床推广使用。【关键词】包皮过长; 包茎; 包皮环环切术; 一次性包皮环切缝合器中图分类号 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805 ( 2015 ) 31-0008-03 【 Abstract 】 Objective : To explore the clinical curative effects of disposable circumcision suture device and : 162 patients with redundant prepuce and phimosis in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 were selected , according to the idea of the patiens , 80 cases were received circumcision ( Shang Ring group ), and 82 cases were received disposable circumcision suture device ( suture device group ) .The operation time , blood loss , time of wound healing , postoperative pain score , plications and postoperative satisfaction with penile appearance of the two groups : In suture device group , the operation time and blood loss had no statistical pared with Shang Ring group ( P> ) .Otherwise there were significant differences existed in the postoperative pain score , infection , the incidence of hydrophallus , time to wound healing between two groups ( P<0
