The mass concentrations of the four antibiotics in the range of –10 μg/L had good linear relat ithionship chromatographic w peak area, the linear correlation coefficients were more than , and the detection limit was μg/L. The relative standard deviation of the determination results was %–%(n=6), and the average recovery was %–%. The method is suitable for the determination of chloramphenicol,fosfomycin,fosfomycin and metronidazole in honey.
