acetate solution(containing %formic acid), the flow rate was mL/min, and injection volume was 10 μL. Multiple
reaction monitoring(MRM) mode was used, chloramphenicol-D5 and metronidazole-D4 were used as internal standards
and determined by ultra high performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry. The mass concentrations of
the four antibiotics in the range of –10 μg/L had good linear relat ithionship chromatographic w peak area, the linear
correlation coefficients were more than , and the detection limit was μg/L. The relative standard deviation of
the determination results was %–%(n=6), and the average recovery was %–%. The method is suitable for
the determination of chloramphenicol,fosfomycin,fosfomycin and metronidazole in honey.
