Deu terium (d5 CA P) was used as internal standard instead of CA P , and was added to t he sample before extraction wit h ethyl acetate. The sample was extracted with et hyl acetate to transfer CA P , TA P and FF into the organic p hase. The extract liquid which consequently dried by blo wing wit h nitrogen was dissolved with water and defatted wit h hexane. The mass spectrometer was operated in t he negative ion mode using select
