第五条 城区户外广告归口县人民政府城区户外广告管理办公室〔以下简称县广告管理办〕统一管理，其职责是：
〔一〕会同规划部门编制户外广告设置规划，待程序报批后，具体组织实施；
〔二〕受理户外广告设置申请，组织有关部门进行评估、审批、验收，并监督实施；
〔三〕征收户外广告有偿使用费；
〔四〕县人民政府规定的其他职责。
县公安、工商行政管理、规划、市容环卫、市政公用、城管监察、园林绿化、路灯管理等部门按照各自的职责，协同做好户外广告设置管理工作。
第六条 户外广告的内容应当真实、合法、文明，不损害国家、民族尊严，不得欺骗和误导消费者。
第七条 任何单位或个人不得擅自占用、撤除、遮盖、涂改、损坏经批准设置的有效期内的户外广告。
