摘要
委婉语是一种普遍的语言现象。简明牛津字典第七版将委婉语解释为:“用一种不明
说的,能使人感到愉快或含糊的说法代替具有令人感到不悦的含义或不够尊敬的表达
法。”自从有了语言,委婉语就成为人类社会的一个重要话题。作为一个工具,委婉语使
人类的语言变得更加有魅力,它是人类交际的润滑剂,使人的交际在任何场合和背景下
都能够顺畅友好地进行下去。如果没有委婉语,交际就很可能尴尬地终止。研究人员已
