笑气吸入在无痛分娩中的临床效果观察

【摘要】目的探讨笑气吸入对分娩镇痛的临床疗效和对母儿的影响。方法将360例选择经阴道分娩的产妇纳入研究,按入院的先后顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,每组180例。观察组给予笑气吸入镇痛,对照组未进行无痛分娩。观察两组的产痛程度、产程时间、分娩方式、羊水粪染率、新生儿Apgar评分和产后出血量等临床指标。结果观察组的阵痛强度评分明显低于对照组,观察组的产程时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0?05)。结论笑气用于无痛分娩对产妇镇痛效果好,产程时间短,出血量少,安全,对母儿均无不良影响,是一种理想的分娩镇痛方法。【关键词】笑气;分娩;镇痛
