LEEP刀术后出血的原因分析及对策
【摘要】目的:本研究将对妇科常见病宫颈糜烂等行LEEP刀手术术后创面出血的原因以及处理对策展开分析讨论。方法:选取我院所诊治的140例行LEEP刀手术治疗术后出血的患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,对患者在LEEP刀手术术后出现创面出血的原因进行分析。结果:在所有患者中,有89例宫颈重度糜烂,35例宫颈中度糜烂, 16例宫颈轻度糜烂, 有35例术中电凝难以止血,其概率为25%,90例术后10~15天月经期前创面脱痂出血,%,15 例患者在手术后20~30天月经期及月经期后出现创面出血,%。结论:LEEP刀手术后出血主要与手术时手术切除范围过大过深、创面脱痂、过早干重活、术前近期患阴道炎等因素有关。预防可通过术前做好准备,术中注意手术技巧,术后合理使用抗生素,避免过早于重体力活等进行预防。
