摘要随着基因工程技术的快速发展,这一技术在微生物制药中的应用越来越广泛。本文从PCR技术、基因重组和克隆技术、突变和筛选技术、次级代谢工程、生物信息技术等几个方面介绍了基因工程在微生物药物研发中的应用,并对该产业的前景也作了讨论。

Abstract The application of gene engineering in the anism drug research and development. has been enhanced with the fast development of gene manipulation . The article discussed the usage of gene manipulating technology in the R&D of anism medicine with these parts: the PCR technology, gene bination, gene cloning, secondary metabolism engineering, bioinformatics etc. It also discussed the perspective of this industry.
