枸杞果柄对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响
【摘要】目的探讨枸杞果柄水煎剂对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。方法制备四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠模型,将其分为降糖灵治疗组、低剂量枸杞果柄治疗组、高剂量枸杞果柄治疗组、模型对照组,另设正常对照组(非糖尿病小鼠)。前3组小鼠分别以25 mg·kg-1·d-1降糖灵水溶液、 g·kg-1·d-1枸杞果柄水煎剂、 g·kg-1·d-1枸杞果柄水煎剂灌胃,后2组小鼠均灌服等量的生理盐水。14 d后测定小鼠空腹血糖。结果给药14 d后降糖灵治疗组、低剂量枸杞果柄治疗组小鼠血糖较治疗前有极显著下降(P<),高剂量枸杞果柄治疗组小鼠血糖较治疗前有显著下降(P<);降糖灵治疗组、不同剂量枸杞果柄治疗组血糖降低平均值与模型对照组、正常对照组血糖变化平均值之间均存在极显著差异(P<)。结论一定剂量的枸杞果柄水煎剂对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖有降低作用。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of fruit pedicels of Lycium barbarum L. decoction on blood glucose in alloxan-induced diabetic -induced diabetes mellitus mice were fed with either 25 mg·kg-1·d-1 Jiangtangling, a clinic medicine for diabetes, or different concentrations of decocta of fruit pedicels of Lycium barbarum L. (low dosage: g·kg-1·d-1 or high dosage: g·kg-1·d-1. For controls, both Alloxan-induced diabetic mice or normal mice were fed with equal amount of saline. The blood glucose level of all five group mice was measured 14 d after treatment. Mice were fasted before blood samples were obtained. ResultsBoth Jiangtangling and low dose of fruit pedicels of Lycium barbarum L. could significantly decrease mouse blood pared to pretreatment (P<), so did high dose decota of fruit pedicels of Lycium barbarum L. (P<). Both Jiangtangling and different doses of fruit pedicels of Lycium barbarum L. could significantly reduce blood glucose levels pared to model group or normal group (P<). Concl

宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum 。现代医学研究证明,枸杞具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗脂肪肝、降血脂、增强机体免疫作用等多种功能[1]。枸杞药用部位主要包括枸杞果实(即枸杞子,通常简称枸杞)、枸杞根皮(地骨皮)、枸杞果柄(带宿萼的果梗)、枸杞叶等部分。
