美托洛尔卡托普利硝酸甘油联合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭23例疗效观察

【摘要】目的:评价小剂量美托洛尔联用卡托普利、硝酸甘油治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法:CHF患者随机分为对照组20例,治疗组23例;对照组予洋地黄、利尿剂、硝酸甘油及卡托普利等常规治疗。治疗组在上述治疗基础上加服美托洛尔,疗程均为1个月。结果:治疗组9例显效,12例有效,2例无效;对照组6例显效,9例有效,5例无效;两组总有效率比有显著差异(P<),两组均无严重不良反应。结论:小剂量美托洛尔联用卡托普利、硝酸甘油治疗CHF疗效较好、安全,值得基层医院推广应用。

Observing the Effect of Metoprolol bined Nitroglcerin on 23 Cases Chronic Congestive Heart Failure
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effect of captoprol, bined nitroglcerin on chronic congestive heart failure(CHF). Method: All cases with CHF were divided into control group (20 cases) and treatment group (23 cases). The control group were given routive treatment such as using digitalis, diuretic, nitroglcerin and captopril for one month. While in the treatment group on the basis of routine therapy were given metoprolol additional for one month. Result: The cases with obvious effect, effective, inefficacy in treatment group and control group was 9 cases, 6 cases; 12 cases, 9 cases; 2 cases, 5 cases, respectively. There's no serious side effect in both groups, while there's significant difference of total effective rate between them(P&lt;). Conclusion: It's good and safe to treat CHF with small dosage of metoprolol, bined nitroglcerin , and it's worth spreading in primary hospital.
