混匀取料机料耙液压传动系统优化

摘要:混匀取料机是钢厂生产的关键设备,料耙小车是其重要的执行机构小车在运行中与导
轨接触不均匀,造成小车运行中产生振动。这给液压设备带来影响,同时造成液压系统换向
冲击,管道振动等。这对液压设备是很不利的。本文针对武钢工业港滚筒式混匀取料机料耙
小车液压传动系统中出现的冲击问题,利用 AMESim 软件进行系统动态仿真和分析,提出
优化建议,并按照优化方案进行设备改造。通过实验检测,优化后的液压系统工作性能得到
改善,仿真优化方法有效。

Abstract: The drum-type blending reclaimer is the key equipment of steel production,and the harrow
car is its important implementing harrow car running uneven contact with guide rails,
causing bring impact to hydraulic equipment, and have a hydraulic system of
directional impact, pipe vibration and so on at the same time. this is a disadvantage for hydraulic
to the impact of the harrow-part hydraulic transmission system of drum-type
blending reclaimer in Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Corp Port pany .The dynamic
simulation and analysis about system by using AMESim software in this paper. Putting forward
improvement proposals and then modifying the equipment according the improvement program.
Through the lab testing, the optimized hydraulic system work performance
