——以京东商城为例
摘 要
在电商行业以及B2C电子商务逐渐发展的背景下，电子商务企业要想更好的在市场中生存，占据有利的市场位置，就应选择适应企业发展的物流配送模式，促进企业的发展。如京东商城，京东商城在B2C电子商务行业的发展中名列前茅，同时在京东商城的发展中采用适合企业发展的物流配送模式，将“京东物流”作为京东商城的物流品牌，为商家提供放货仓库和将商品亲自的配送到商家的手里，为商家提供更高质量的服务，京东商城利用现代的科技手段，把商城内的物流模式与第三方物流相结合，建立新的物流配送模式，促进商城的发展。京东商城采用与第三方物流相结合的物流模式，可以减少商城的成本使用，提高配送商品的效率，但是在其中也存在一些不足的地方。本文的主要内容就是对京东商城 的物流模式进行分析，以此来寻找更好的方法来解决B2C电子商务物流配送模式在发展中所存在的问题。

With the increasing of electricity, with the development of B2C e-commerce and logistics distribution mode, e-commerce is playing a more and more important role in the success of enterprises, has the east mall, for example, jingdong mall as a leader in B2C e-commerce industry, once again enter the express logistics industry, Jingdong logistics as the logistics brand, provide warehouses and distribution sets for merchants, integrate supply chain services and express services,he with the help of the Internet platform, combining self-built logistics and third party logistics. High efficiency and low cost. But there are still many problems. Through the analysis of the logistics model of the Jingdong mall,thus research the corrective strategies of B2C e-commerce logistics distribution mode.
