老年甲状腺功能减退研究进展

摘 要：甲状腺功能减退症是内分泌科常见的疾病，是因甲状腺激素合成及分泌减低，或者其生理效应不充分所产
生机体代谢功能减弱的疾病之一，而老年甲状腺功能减退得病人群是老年人。老年人伴随年龄不断加大，身体相关
器官所发挥效果减少，若患有该病症势必给老年人身体带来极大伤害。基于此，如何预防和治疗是当前临床研究的
重点，本文主要综述老年甲状腺功能减退发病机理、症征、诊断、预防治疗及进展，以期能够进一步为老年人身体
健康提供更好的保障。

ABSTRACT：Hypothyroidism is a common disease in endocrinology department, with reasons of weakening body
metabolic function caused by reduction of thyroid hormone synthesis and secretion, or insufficient physiological effect.
Elderly is the goup being prone to suffering hypothyroidism. As the elderly grow older, effect of related organs reduces.
If they suffer from the disease, it may inevitably cause great harm to them. Based on this, how to prevent and treat is
the key of cur
