当今中国音乐教育，对美育的认识仍存在一定的局限性，即对美育单一的理解为艺术教
育，或局限于仅仅学习某种艺术科目的技术层面上。而美育的核心内容是要培养出全面发展
的人和使人拥有健全的人格。音乐教育依然是发展美育思想的重要组成部分，在这里我们追
溯历史，系统的梳理中国近现代音乐教育的发展，并从中找出具有典型意义的历史人物并对
其思想进行分析，而蔡元培先生就是这样一个具有代表性的重要人物，作为中国古典文化和
西方文化精神交融于一身的思想家，他倾注毕生精力积极倡导美育思想，并站在时代的高度，
提出了许多具有前瞻性的思想观点，即将“美育”这一思想运用到教育领域，尤其是在音乐
教育领域，对中国音乐教育的发展起到了积极的推动作用，其影响是深远的。时至今日，探
究蔡元培的美育思想对当代音乐教育的影响，并认真思考继蔡元培美育思想在现今音乐教育
事业中的必要性，具有一定的时代价值和现实意义。本文希望通过对蔡元培美育思想的的研
究，并结合当今音乐教育的现状，将其思想精髓结合现今时代的需要，继续发扬下去，从而
为培养全面发展的学生以及塑造完美人格和提升人生境界为目标而不断努力。

英文摘要
In music education domain, people have insufficient cognitive ability on aesthetic education.
For example, aesthetic education was only interpreted as art education or technology layer of art
studies. But the key factor of aesthetic education is to achieve the comprehensive development of
people. Music education is a main part of development of aesthetic education. In this paper, we
studied the development of modern music education in China and analyzed the thought of Yuanpei
Cai. As the ideologist who was proficient at Chinese classic culture and western culture spirit, Cai
devoted most of her career to spread thought of aesthetic education and improving the
development of education, especially music education. Even now, analyzing of the thought of
aesthetic education presented by Cai have value of the times and practical significance. This paper
researched the thought of aesthetic education presented by Cai and combined it with the demands
of the age. The inheritance of the thought is meaningful for the training and shaping of an ideal
personality of students.
