老年糖尿病患者皮肤瘙痒的危险因素分析
[摘要] 目的 对老年2型糖尿病患者发生皮肤瘙痒症的危险因素进行探讨。 方法 对该院老年病科2015年6月—2018年6月收治的224例老年2型糖尿病患者的皮肤瘙痒情况进行调查,将伴有皮肤and alcohol consumption were compared between the two groups. Multivariate and unconditional logistic regression analysis was performed on the risk factors for skin itching. Results Univariate analysis revealed that the study group was compared with the control group in age, duration, smoking, alcohol consumption, hypertension, and insulin use (P< or ). The six factors including age, duration, smoking, alcohol consumption, hypertension and insulin use were used as independent variables. Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that the factors associated with skin itching were age, duration and alcohol consumption. Conclusion Age, duration of illness and alcohol consumption are associated with the occurrence of skin itching in patients with type 2 diabetes. It is a high risk factor and should be taken seriously and appropriate methods should be adopted to improve the prognosis.
