东江水环境调查报告
of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end of th有大小垃圾堆600多个，生产生活垃圾日产60吨左右。垃圾处理主要由县、街道城管爱卫工作站统一收集，掩埋处理。其中通过县环卫处统一清运的只有县区约50处左右、仙塘镇东江沿岸的垃圾，其它有的自然消化，有的被水直接冲入东江河，都未进行无公害处理。
污水排放处理情况：东江沿岸的生活污水根本上未进行任何处理，直接排入东江。其中黄村镇、蓝口镇生活污水日立量为2000吨，通过蓝溪河下游直接汇入东江上游，造成了一系列环境问题：一是水质发臭；二是抬高了东江河床，加快河源东江港的淤塞；三是污水通过地下径流影响沿岸村民的水井水质；。另一方面，东江河沿岸周边的80家饮食店、龙川县东江沿岸的10余家工矿企业以及其余市区沿岸地段的120多家餐饮店、30多个养殖场，所产生的污水都直接注入河里，致使东江水质发臭，发黑，社会矛盾突出，群众意见很大。
针对上述情况，我又来到了市环保局，听到了环保专家对东江水环境的保护的看法：
专家认为，东江水质的污染主要是生活污水没有经过处理就直接排放到河里了，造成磷含量，化学需氧量〔COD〕严重超标。目前沿岸市、县政府对东江水环境的保护非常重视，已经批复了市环保局的报告，市局正在组织实施，相信不久的将来，东江水一定是碧蓝碧蓝的。

二、建议与措施：
 针对调查情况及存在的问题，特提出如下建议：
1．各县、市要高标准建立污水处理厂，城区生活污水全部集中处理之后再进行排放。
2．制订相关的政策法规。建议相关部门尽快出台
