一、前言
此次活动我们确定的方案基调是：隆重，节俭，特色，环保，安全。
二、庆典前期准备工作
特邀市领导、县领导、局领导、其他贵宾。
特邀电视、平面、网络等媒体进行前期沟通。
定制礼品、纪念品。
装帧、印制一套学校发展历程图片书，制作一集电视专题片光碟，赠送嘉宾，专题片并在电视台播放。
协调好场地，落实现场安保人员，确保道路疏通，车辆调度及时，制定解决突发事件预案，确保庆典顺利。
三、校外公路沿线及校区布置
主城到学校的入口处设置充气拱门，或在学校大门口搭建一个形象门。
学校支路入口到校门处公路两侧每六米插彩旗一面。并在入口处设置拱门一个。
校门6个门柱用灯笼包裹装饰。
校区内各大楼总计挂条幅200幅。
大门到主会场铺设3米宽的红地毯。
校内布置空飘30只。
校内公路两侧和来宾路过的两侧花台每3米插彩旗一面。
