〔二〕定期不定期的对局属各单位爱国卫生工作进行检查指导、评比，努力创建一个干净、卫生、整洁、优美的生活、工作环境，并投入必要的人力、财力、物力支持。
〔三〕积极开展好创建卫生先进单位活动，通过树立爱国卫生先进典型，引导干部职工转变观念，改变不良生活习惯，培养文明的生活方式。
〔四〕扎实开展好卫生综合治理，以创省级国卫工作为契机，充分发挥爱国卫生运动群体优势，针对干部职工反映强烈的公共卫生问题，广泛宣传发动，扎实做好卫生死角整治，搞好净化、绿化、美化、亮化工程。
〔五〕全面做好健康教育和病媒生物防制工作，积极参加县上举办的病媒生物防制工作会，不断增强健康教育意识和防病意识，充分认识除害防病工作的重要性、长期性、艰巨性和反复性。集中精力深入开展春秋两季灭鼠、夏秋两季灭蚊蝇工作。
〔六〕精心组织爱国卫生月活动
今年4月是全国爱国卫生月，结合环境卫生综合整治工作，精心组织、广泛发动、积极开展多种形式的宣传，营造浓厚的舆论氛围。同时，充分利用宣传媒体，加强卫生与健康知识教育，不断提高干部职工文明卫生意识和健康素质。

四、保障措施
