内容提要:在新课标指导下，老师在日常英语教学中，对同学良好学习情感态度的培育与养成赐予了足够的重视。而美育主要就是“情感教育”。为了使同学获得美育教育，老师做了很多尝试，例如，有的 （床）

就像一个眼镜公司的广告一样，oic ( oh, I see )看起来像一副眼镜。 和眼睛有关的一系列的单词，如see观察,meet遇见,seem看起来象,peep偷看,peer盯着,seek寻找,sleep睡,asleep睡着了,peek窥视,leer瞟,weep哭泣,greedy觊觎,sightseeing观光,oversee监督。
或许你会说，怎么这么巧，这些词怎么都含有“看”的意思。其实，宇宙中的万事万物，皆有联系。假如老师由意识的指导同学发觉单词的读音美和形式美，也学会提高同学背单词的爱好和效率。
三、 词组的对称美
as soon as … as far as …
long time no see.(好久不见)
a fall into the pit, a gain in your wit(吃一堑，长一智)
Separate pear, separate pair（分梨，分别，和中文多么相像）
A book in hand, a world in mind（一册在手，众览全球）
四、 各种句式的对称美。
（一）动名词的用法
Seeing is believing.（眼见为实）（seeing与believing对称）
Reading French is much easier than speaking it.（读法语比说法语简单）

（二）动词不定时的用法
To err is human , to forgive is divine。（犯错是人，宽恕是神）（to err 和 to forgive）
To say something is one thing, to do it is another.（说是一回事，做是另外一回事）
To say something is to do something.(说话就是做事)。
（三）形容词副词比较级特别用法
The more riches a fool hath, the greater fool he is. （傻子越有钱，傻得越可怜）
The more a man has, the more he wants.（人总是越有越贪心）(the more 与 the more)
（四）时态的对应
He was doing the paperwork while she was doing the housework.（她做家务时，他写作）(was doing与was doing对称)
My parents were worried about my English, but I was not .(我父母担忧我的英语，而我不担忧。 (Were worried 和 was not 都是过却时)
(五)从句的对称
Where there is reek , there is heat. （事出必有因）（there is 与there is 对称）
Do as I say, not as I do （照我说得做，别照我做的做）

（六）反意疑问句的对称
It is a fine day, isn’t it.（今日天不错，是不是？ it is和is it 对称）
There won’t be any trouble , will there?（不会有麻烦了，是不是？）
