语言教师应具有的能力
语言能力:基本语言与文化知识,语言技能和根据语境和交际需要,完成任务的能力, 二语习得理论知识,跨文化交际能力。
语言教学能力:对语言的分析解释能力,基本语言学、教学法理论知识、基本认知心理学和教育学的知识以及在教学环境中应用以上知识实施教学的能力。
Three guiding principles for action research: 1. Both the researcher and the practitioner participate in the research. 2. The researcher exerts influence on the process of teaching through participating in the research. 3. The final aim of the research is to change the teaching behaviour of the practitioner.
